Store Policies


Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. We are unable to change or cancel your order once your order has been processed. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). 


All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with UPS. Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. 

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Megan Rider Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 

 All orders must be billed and shipped to locations within the United States or United States Territories. Service to P.O. box or rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method. 

Please note that Megan Rider Jewelry is not responsible for errors of UPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It therefore is very important that you ensure that the address you give to us is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you. 

International Shipping

We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or United States Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Due to the handmade nature of each product we do not accept returns or provide refunds – unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. You agree to inspect your purchase and notify us of any issues within five days of receiving your shipment. After five days, the cost of shipping and repairs is no longer the responsibility of Megan Rider Jewelry. Please email us with any questions or concerns: and we would be happy to help!

If the purchase is a gift for someone else and the recipient is not happy with the item, please reach out to us to arrange store credit. It is very important to us that you are pleased with your experience and the person who is going to wear the jewelry loves the selected piece. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if store credit is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
